Hardware
Same host profile everywhere we sell. Details and per-node notes are on the hardware page.
Pick a region close to your players. Sites marked Planned are on the roadmap but not live for orders yet.
Multi-terabit mitigation capacity
Mitigation at the network edge, same stack everywhere we sell.

High-performance Ryzen 9 processors power all our nodes. Exact CPU models are published on the hardware page for each location.
Hardware list
NVMe on every plan for worlds, backups, and moving files in the panel without waiting on slow disks.
Nodes & drives
DDR5 paired with the RAM numbers on each plan, sized for typical Java Minecraft workloads.

Labels for how teams usually shop. Your profiling data still wins when it disagrees with ours.
SMP / small community
Lower headcount, lighter plugins, and predictable world growth. Use the published RAM as your baseline and scale when profiling shows headroom disappearing.
Modded
Pack authors publish RAM targets for a reason, start there, watch GC and tick health, then add another tier instead of starving the JVM.
Proxies
Velocity, BungeeCord, and Waterfall-style stacks stay on the same network profile, with transparent CPU weighting on every plan card.
Larger installs
Already know the footprint from a previous provider? Send us the numbers, we will map them to the closest published tier before you migrate.
Order
Pick a plan
Each card lists RAM, NVMe allocation, and CPU weighting. Those values carry straight through checkout so there is no bait-and-switch at payment time.
Pay
Card or PayPal, whichever fits your finance workflow. Invoices, renewals, and receipts stay inside the billing tab on your account.
Use the panel
Once provisioning completes you get the full Pterodactyl toolkit, console, SFTP, schedules, and backups, without waiting on a manual ticket.
Service
AMD hosts
Ryzen 9 class silicon everywhere we advertise it, with live node notes on the hardware page so you know exactly what is racked per location.
DDoS protection
Always-on mitigation in front of your instance on every region we sell, sized for both volumetric bursts and noisy application-layer traffic.
Your files
Drag-and-drop jars, sync worlds over SFTP, and wire backup jobs without begging support for manual restores.
Support
Discord, email, and account-backed tickets with humans who actually run game servers. Hours track whatever we publish unless a holiday notice says otherwise.
Included
RAM, disk, CPU weighting, and region are printed on each card. Start where your budget and telemetry agree, then resize once you have real player data instead of guessing up front.
Console and SFTP ship standard. Support coverage follows the published channels and office hours on the contact page.
Questions
Straight answers about what we sell and how plans work. For anything specific to your account, open a ticket from the billing or support tabs after you log in.
FernHost offers Java edition hosting, Paper, Purpur, Fabric, Forge, and other stacks the panel supports. We do not sell dedicated Bedrock hosting.
Yes. Pick a plan that meets or exceeds the RAM and disk the modpack author recommends. If the server is always out of memory after players join, move up one tier instead of running undersized.
No. We do not sell plans by slot count. How many players fit comfortably depends on RAM, world size, mods or plugins, and how people use the server.
You can upgrade or switch plans when your workload changes. If you are torn between two tiers, contact sales and we will help you map usage to the right card.
Every live region and planned location is listed on the locations page, including how to run a quick latency check from your browser before you order.
Create your account, grab a plan above, finish checkout, and the panel unlocks automatically once provisioning completes.
